Breath With A Fresh Air!
Very
often we do not notice the simple things, which can really influence our
life, health and condition. A lot of people go in for sport and do try
to eat natural food. Still, very often they forget about important
factor – the air in the house. Sure that out-of-doors we may enjoy fresh
air, but what about our flat, room, house?! We cannot see it with our
eyes, but the air contains a great amount of small parts of different
things like dust, bacteria, viruses, spores and other elements. A lot of
household appliances also harm the quality of the air. So, how to cope
with it?
First of all, try to be aware of all possible pollutants. Then analyze what you have for cleaning the air. And then look at the following scheme:
The 1st step is to understand that bacteria and dust may come to your home via air conditioning systems. How to make this air safe for breathing? In the clinics, for instance, people often use UV lights (ultraviolet) due to which all viruses and harmful elements in the air will be easily “killed”.
The nest advice is to have a normal level of humidity in the house. The thing is that this level normally depends on the climate in your country that also is related to the season. Still, nowadays you may create the necessary moist at home with the help of small fountains, aquariums or jars with water.
Some people equip their warming furnaces with special cleaning filters that can help to get rid of at least big harmful elements that may be found in the air. As for small things like pollen and dust they will remain anyway.
