Five Secrets of Good Exercising!
The
aims must be achievable! Don't set impossible aims! If you've made
up your mind to add more physical activity into your life, do not go too
far! Everything here should be done step by step. Make a certain scheme!
Be regular and stable in exercising. If you will do it abnormally, the
results may be harmful.
Listen to the organism! By this statement we mean that while doing exercises you must be careful and pay enough attention to the sensations and the condition. Sure that it's not recommended continuing exercising when you feel pain somewhere. It is better to stop and have a little rest. But don't mix pain with some discomfort which usually appears when your muscles aren't trained enough (usually as you are a beginner in sport!). In order to relieve from discomfort you can massage the muscles or use ice. Hot water bottles, on the contrary may make the things worse. But if the sensations become extremely unpleasant and you feel bad at all, consult the doctor immediately!
Do exercises regularly. First of all stability and regularity are important is sport, and especially when doing exercises. We advise to make a kind of a plan (or a schedule) not to forget about physical activity everyday. No matter what kind of exercises you have chosen. Use each possibility to be active – walk the pet, go to the gym, play ball at the sports-ground, try jogging – there are a lot of opportunities.
Find the like-minded people. Ask them to join you, tell about the necessity of healthy way of life and physical exercises in particular. Try to become a positive example for your relatives and friends! You should always have a kind of motivation. And then it will be possible to share your enthusiasm with other people. Never give in!
Drink enough amount of water. Each person involved in sport knows how important it is to get enough water. When you body receives an exercise stress, the organism needs hydration a lot, so drinking water when exercising is very necessary. Water is also extremely important for elderly sportsmen. You drink, then you do exercises, as the result you sweat and the body should lead out the heat, and together with it bad fluids.
